I am looking for a lender in the Kansas City area that is willing to do line of credit on my rental property. I have a a lot of equity and would love to keep using that to buy more properties using the BRRRR method. Does anyone have any trusted lenders they use in KC? TIA!

Hi BP Community! My name is Deron. I am currently living in NW Florida near Destin, FL  (Actually Freeport, FL). I just moved here from Kansas City about 2 months ago and I am doing new home sales for a builder down here. I came from a back ground in residential real estate in Kansas. I am looking to get into real estate investing here in the next few years. This seems like a great place to meet others and learn from experienced professionals. I have already been enjoying all of the blog posts and articles. So much knowledge and experience here! I look forward to meeting new people and learning more about real estate investing.
