Hey @Daniel Paloscio I would love to have the contact info for Tiago Title DM'd. Were you expected to have your own contracts or did Amber aid in that process as well? Sorry if this is a naive question, but I am a newbie whom just got motivated recently by watching tons of podcast. 

 Hey Jimmy, I am a newbie here in the Jacksonville Florida area. Did you ever find a title company for the assignment contracts? I am looking to finally get started and have been diving into forums looking for wholesale friendly title companies, as well as assignment/double close contracts.
