In Baltimore, can property management deny the owner a copy of a tenant application once the lease is signed?

I'm in the process of purchasing an investment property individually, my wife is not a co-applicant for the loan. The mortgage for the property where we live is solely in her name. My question is do I need to submit the mortgage statement and home insurance binder to the lender where we live although my wife is not a co-applicant and I qualify alone? I have already submitted all documents up to this point.

I had my agent submit an cash offer and the offer has not been accepted yet.The seller never stipulated any proof of funds deals only but, my agent is asking me to provide this information before it has been accepted first. Is this typical?
