So I went to Than Merril's free seminar for flipping houses Feb 10, 2015 in Detroit MI. While I did learn a lot at the event, I was a little overwhelmed with some of the vocabulary words they used. Well at the end of the event, the host offered a 3 day training event for about $200. If you bought the event you would get this training book and DVD set, as well as a hand full of brochures. I really wanted the book and dvd, but felt it wasn't worth the money seeing that the event took place on my main three days of work as well as I had no way up to Troy MI. To turn a long story short, I still would really like to have the book and DVD set. So if there is anyone willing to part with there copy or has a PDF version of it I would really appreciate it. I'm willing to pay for it, just not $200 guy's. Thank you so much.

I was wondering, do you still have the book and DVD package they give at the event? If so and if your not using them can I please buy them off you? I went to the event a week ago and didn't buy the three day training. I really just want the book and dvd.
