Hello BP,

Happy New Year! My name is Desiree Ovelton. I'm from Indianapolis, Indiana. I am interested in rehabbing and flipping properties and investing in rental properties. I do not have any hands on real estate experience, however I have enrolled in a class to get my real estate brokers license.

Before my classes start, I am going to navigate this site more to get some pointers on how to get a SUCCESSFUL start in this business. As well as reading "The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing."

I have a passion for real estate and I know with excellent networking and the proper guidance from people who had to start from somewhere themselves, I will succeed!
