Hello BP Family
I live in the Puget Sound area in South Everett, Washington. Looking to invest in small multi-familiy properties in Snohomish, Skagit, King, and Pierce counties. I have not yet struck out on my first property and i'm currently in my education phase, trying not to get "analysis paralysis" lol. I first want to house hack a duplex/triplex in the Snohomish or Skagit counties around spring of next year. Looking for any connections in my area, any investor clubs/groups, or just general advice.
