Are there anyone willing to share a copy of wholesale contract with me in the State of Alabama. 

No questions right now. I’m still going through webinars and reading other investors questions. Learning as much as I could so I know which moves to make going forward 

In central Alabama the following areas are good.

Hoover, Pelham, Calera, Alabaster, Helena, McCalla, Gardendale , Trussville just to name a few.

More affordable low income areas will include 

Centerpoint, Pinson, Hueytown, Pleasant Grove, Ensley.  Currently lots of investing is taking place in Centerpoint.

Your property looks great. My wife and I are new investors too. Currently, we reside in Birmingham, Alabama and are both realtor. We are apart of an local investing group and heard great thing about SC. We too are thinking of purchasing a property in Myrtle Beach, SC. 

What's your plans for the property, are you Airbnb (Short term rental) ?
