I would love to take you up on your offer but I live too far away, any chance you could post it here?

I went thru the same 3 day seminar in California, considering I didn't know anything about investing it was educational but NOT worth the money they wanted. After that I started researching everything I could and came across BP !!!! What a breath of fresh air for FREE !!!!! I started reading and learning as much as possible, there is a ton of INFO here and I am still learning a lot. In my option I came to the right place.

I am new to real estate although I own my home in Palm Springs CA, I also have a home in the High Desert area of CA. In which I am fixing up to sell or rent. Not sure right now as I am new to real estate.
