Hi Nicole P. - this is an awesome plan, IMHO. I don't have the experience that Frank Tamburrino has in this area, but I just want to ENCOURAGE you. I think property management is a great business opportunity. One approach is to look at tax records in your targeted area(s) and look for the names of people (or corps) that own multiple properties. Those guys would be great targets for property mgmt.

Steven Johnson - this one may be even better for this thread:

Hey Lee Reitzel - I think you'll appreciate this quote:

"Some succeed because they are destined to; Most succeed because they are determined to."

I sense your determination and wish you the absolute BEST! Unfortunately it is often the people closest to us that doubt us. They don't mean harm. In fact, they think they are protecting you be preventing you from making mistakes. What they are really preventing you from doing is TAKING RISKS. And it is thru the acceptance & skilled management of risk that we find the greatest rewards.

There's not much to the postalimpact.com website. You could build a site like that in 10 minutes - it doesn't do anything. Basically they just want you to email them for info, and in addition to somehow getting you "exclusive" probate leads, they are selling the associated direct mail service as well. Would be far more impressive if their site had examples, stats on the data the collect (how much, where, etc.). I'd be interested to hear if there is anyone on BP that has used this vendor.

I want to welcome you to BP too, and I hope that as you post more, you will share what has worked for you. It's a little weird when someone's first post is "Tell me what worked for you so I can take it and go make money from it." Look for ways to share what you know so we all benefit from each other's involvement. =)

Here in the U.S., we have found that car magnets rarely generate phone calls.

We suggest them more to support the idea of a brand experience - seller sees an ad for a company that buys houses, calls them and they answer with that company name, their car has car magnets on it with the brand & contact info, and the investor has a business card with the business name on it that is presented with their printed offer (with the brand in the letterhead).

Brand has value in this business just like any other. People perceive your professionalism and will trust that you can help them.

Addiel Flores has an excellent formula there for a nice logical division of labor ~ assuming you have two partners that are comfortable in those roles. Makes you think - you want partners who have COMPLIMENTARY skills to yours - not the same skills (or interests, experiences, perspectives...).

And http://whatpageofsearchamion.com/ says:

Come Back Later!

Since this app uses live, realtime search engine data, sometimes Google gets upset we're bothering it so much and doesn't return anything to our server's requests.

It's only temporary. Nothing to worry about, just try again a little later. Okay?

I just did that Push2Check (above), and I have worked for one of the largest digital agencies in the world, and I no idea what that page is talking about.

Wow. VERY cool plan here.

BTW, check the pricing at imageMEDIA - we've found them to be significantly less expensive than Click2Mail for the production and mailing of PCs.
