Hello all, I have most recently been looking to social media for information about real estate investing. I have been scrolling upon a homeowner stimulus relief package and was wondering if that is true. I’ve looked up online a little and didn’t see much. I bought my house in San Antonio Texas September of last year and have not missed a payment. Seeking out advice for how I can benefit from and relieve packages. Thank you in advance.

@Rick Pozos I found my first rehab through my real estate agent and in my opinion landed a solid deal. I am paying very low monthly payments, with that being said I know I already have equity in the house as it should be. Some people say to put equity into a house when in reality you can just be patient and FIND equity in a house. I’m on the fence about if I want to see this first house for I know I can easily obtain passive income by renting it out or Airbnb. In your opinion what’s the best way to network or find better deals? (Other than BP) also what should I do if I do choose to sell my house?

@Jim Cummings no I do not have a lot of money tied up as far as the loan goes but I have made some small updates here and there and now I'm ready to rent out. I was also under the impress that FHA was for first time buyers only. Thank you for your response.

For my first investment property I utilized a VA loan and am in search of my second property, though I know I can use the VA loan for a second time there are special requirements which I'm sure I don't meet. Looking for ways to purchase second property.

I am a young investor in the San Antonio Texas area and have looked into wholesaling as a way to fund my current rehab and to fund my next unit. I know the the basics of wholesaling properties but would like to know if there is information or guidance to dive deeper into the world of wholesaling.

Hello all, I purchased my first investment house in San Antonio Texas in September of last year and currently looking to purchase my second investment. I am living in my first investment house as I slowly bring it up to par with remodeling it. I used a VA loan to acquire my first property and need advice on creative ways to purchase another property for my family to live in while I start renting/Airbnb my first property. Thank you in advance.
