I don't have an agent on board...I'm going to wholesale to gain capital for my next project.  I was going to send the contract/agreement to the title company to do a title search.  I also have buyers lined up as well.

Hi everyone.

My name is Devin and I'm extremely new to REI...I just started within the last 3 weeks and I just got my first property under contract...now what? Do send the original (signed) agreement to the title company?
