I plan on buying my first house in the next few months. I got approved for about $200k and will be looking in the DFW area. Any ideas on how this could also be an investment property?

I'm interested in starting off in real-estate investment. Ideally low or no money investing like wholesaling, or anything else. Would appreciate any advice or points in the right direction!
