Are you looking to expand into Chicago/Midwest? or maybe you're already here and looking to grow your portfolio? Looking for a dedicated service provider or partner? Look no further!

I've been in the business for the past 6 years, and have loved every minute of it! I've lead teams of 30+ with portfolio sizes of 1,000+ residential units and over 1 million square feet of commercial space. Exceeding $10+ Million in revenues. I'm taking the leap and branching out from working for the "big" guys and starting up my own operation. I'm looking to partner with others in all types of capacity, from consulting to joint venture opportunities.

If you feel we could work together, drop me an email at [email protected]. I'd love to connect!

Bo - it truly depends on a multitude of factors. Such as base percentage, chargebacks, leasing bonus etc. If they also do chargebacks for things such as software, accounting, or in other words "administrative" type expenses a 5-6% management fee is reasonable. If they aren't charging back for those types of things; a 10% is truly reasonable. Let me know if you'd like to discuss more.

Hello! I’m looking into a house hacking deal; where I’d live in one of the four units and rent out the other three. Does anyone have any advice on this? Any best practices? I’ve also looked at financing, and I’m finding a hard time finding companies that finance these deal. Any recommendations?

Hello!

I've been looking through varies types of real estate investments and came across commercial properties with triple-net leases for sale. I'm curious how funding works for these types of properties. I've been primarily looking at retail spaces that houses companies like Walgreens, CVS, etc.

Any input is great!
