Hello, Im in Kalamazoo MI looking for help to break into the wholesaling business. I know it isnt easy but im willing and ready. Im looking for anyone who works with wholesalers and/or investors who do not mind taking me under their wings. Thanks... much needed advice.

I think what he was saying is why should he work with a wholesaler. @Tim 

 Asking how do I protect my deals from investor or cash buyers who try and find the saler I have an contract with and get a different deal?

Hrllo everyone, I'm new to wholesaling in the Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids area. Question.... I ask a investor about buying some property of mine from a wholesale deal. And he said why? He then goes on and say, I could just wait, go find the saler and offer a lower amount. My question is does this happen often?
