My insurance Agent (American Family) just dropped insuring 8 unit rental property building in an LLC. I have never filed a claim. Are there recommended insurance companies in Milwaukee? Also, should I get replacement cost or actual cash value?

@Solomon Nguyen and @Rebecca Knox I definitely would recommend Teresa & Anthony Machi at Machi Capital in Wisconsin. I've invested with them and they are solid investors and provide a great return!

@Gloria Sheridan I really appreciate the feedback! I will give them a call. I noticed that IRA Financial Trust charge an annual fee and compliance fee of $599 ($360 + $199 compliance fee). I'm leaning toward Midland Trust because their annual fee is $325 with no additional compliance fee.
