I am a new investor of 2 years this far with 4 doors currently. I acquired the units with conventional loans in my name. As I scale up I am trying to decide on if I should make my next purchase in an LLC or as I have done before. In my name I get the better rate but understand LLC protects from law suits if any.
Any advise on how to approach this?

I established a llc and opened a checking account in the llc. My accountant ask if I had another account for security deposits. Is this a requirement.

I have acquired 2 rental properties. I am being told that I can only use commercial loans going forward. Is this true and if so how do I avoid this.
