Good evening everyone. I'm looking for any investors in the Fayetteville/Raeford area who may need some assist with clean up, demo, taking photos or any other low level tasks. I'm interested in buying my first BRRRR (long term rental) property soon but I need to increase my education and build a savings for capital expenditures. In the meantime, I'm looking for ways to add value to investors in the area.
A little about myself, I'm an Active Guard Reserve (AGR) Soldier with 15 years experience in the Army. I am a hard worker and I'm coachable/teachable so if there is something you need assistance with that I'm not experienced with, I'm willing to learn it and provide assistance. The property is not mine to sell. It belongs to my grandmother. My goal it is get her to connected with a realtor who can guide her and represent her interests. Given the condition of the property, I suspect only an investor will be interested in buying the property. So, I'd like to connect her with a realtor who has experience working with investors.
