@John Kesner and @Aaron Howell thank you guys so much for the information. I just saw a webinar from Brandon and plan to upgrade to Pro, buy some of his books and consider some of these leads I have saved on Zillow  :-)

Just a regular (okay, not really) working professional with a passion to be free from student loans! REI seems an awesome way to go! I have watched a few youtube videos and read some articles but still feel like there is some secret voodoo to all this. I was actually in the market as a first time home buyer myself, when I unexpectedly got a huge increase on my monthly Income based Repay due to...you guess it, increase in income. This is no fun!! This is unacceptable! I need help. Will I need a an attorney for everything? How do I find flippers? Should I join these REI guru sites to make things easier?
