I use REI Hub. I tried Stessa but didn't care for it. Excel works just fine as well. I prefer REI Hub over Excel because it makes tracking the balance sheet a little bit easier, and it has some reporting features I like.

I recently began using REI Hub. So far so good. Wanted something cheaper than Quickbooks and specifically geared to real estate bookkeeping. More powerful than Stessa.
