We are looking for capital partners in any area, it does not just have to be in North Carolina or New Jersey. Any capital partners that would be interested would be greatly appreciated and evaluated appropriately.

My partner and I are both experienced in real estate. We are both from New Jersey, but now we are split up and he is in New Jersey and I am in North Carolina. We are looking for capital partner. Looking for some advice on which is the best way to choose a hard money lender. Also the most ideal path to find capital partners in real estate.
