@Jacob Pereira hi thanks for responding I am still researching the one thing good about Dubai was not having to pay the property tax but sure there are several more to consider I sure will keep you posted. I love here in austin myself and constantly looking into investments here in town but you know how things are here in town

Hi everyone I am a Texas based investor and I own some rental properties over her in austin Tx. I was wondering if someone can guide me here in a unique situation I am in. Last month I took my family For vacation in Dubai And cane arround some real estate professionals in Dubai that sell new constructor . I looked into it and found it interesting. I wanted to see if there is anyone here who has ever invested in properties in Dubai If so what are your thoughts.
