@Jason Selig I found a deal that is 73% below the typical market price for a home in the area. How long do you have before you lose to competition or the seller backing out to make that sale? What is the timeline usually? How many contractor estimates should you get to secure a buyer? I really want this deal & want to be successful my first time around. I want to come correct.

I just started a company & I want to find my business by doing wholesale deals considering it doesn't cost much to do. My thing is finding those deals that are underpriced. I've heard Soo many different pitches & saw a ton of ads of someone claiming to be able to do that for a fee, or watch this webinar, & quite frankly I don't have time or money to waste to be throwing out to any & everyone with something to sell I just want the source. I'm willing to pay I just don't want a middle man of the middle man. What are some resources to find deals and buyers? How exactly do you approach them & what makes them sign that contract over to you? What do you need to provide over others to make you more successful?
