Hi BP peers!

I'm new to BP and I'm excited to start this new adventure as a real estate investor. I am located NE of Indiana. Have been following BP real estate podcast for couple months now and recently started researching here.
My husband (who is yet to create an account) & I are looking into flipping houses & owning rentals. If there's any advice, books, podcast, recommendations, do's & dont's, etc. we are all ears!

We recently paid-off our 1st home. With that, we plan on getting home equity to start off with house flipping.
