thanks for all the ideas everybody!  I tried a several of them and decided on "accessible beige", great name, huh.  Even though I won't be living there, I just can't tolerate gray.  I know its popular, but I work in a gray building (inside and out) and not one soul there likes it.  of course it doesn't have any pretty white trim to set it off.  Rain all day today so it's a good day to go paint!

thank you all!

@Thomas S. is there a paint out there called builders beige?  or is that just the generic term?

the agreeable grey looks almost beige....greige.  I kinda like the honeymilk.

Hi everybody, I'm stressing over picking a color for my rental house.  I don't really like to paint that much so I want to pick something that will stand up to a small family.  what are your favorite interior paints?

I appreciate the input!

My only knowledge is that my parents owned a little 2 unit apartment that had regular renters and never had a problem.  they sold that and got a 3 unit building and did the government subsidy thinking at least the rent is guaranteed, but they had more trouble with those tenants.  I want to stay away from government subsidy

thank you all!

oooooo! that sounds like a good answer!  thank you!

My question is about the Section 8 inquiries.  I don't know anything about Section 8 and I have people asking if I am going to accept Section 8.  Do I have to accept Section 8 or can I stick with income requirements that I have set?   Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
