@Jaron Walling Thank you for that. But I have another question I own the house to live in and own another property that still needs some rehab I work a 9-5 job. What would you suggest? Should I rent out both houses and get a loan on a new one that I would live in?

@Salvatore Lentini. I own 2 houses 1 me and my brother and mom live in the other I’ve had for about 4 years but plan on fixing it and renting it out what do you think?
