Has anybody had a virtual assistant cold call for leads?

(Expired listings, For Sale By Owners, etc...)

- How do you manage and stay organized when you hire a virtual assistant to help you cold call and generate leads? Any success or Failures? Any valuable advice to take into consideration?

- Also, what service would you recommend? Vulcan 7, Redx, Mojo, Espresso Agent etc...

Hello everyone, I hope everyone is having a great weekend so far! My name is Diego, my father and I along with a group of investors buy and hold multis and mobile home parks. I have decided to get my Real Estate License to expand my knowledge on all aspects of the real estate business. Im taking my Real Estate brokers exam 1 month from today, I was wondering what type of marketing tactics agents are using to market their listings. Is there any difference between marketing a average home vs. a luxury home?
