Considering going in on a property that would be considered multi family units. Roughly around 15,000sq ft in Ohio. Would some sort of fire suppression system be required by the state to bring it up to code? If so, what would be a ballpark dollar amount to do so?

Is it possible to roll my 401k from my current employer so I can use it as a down payment for a property? If possible, how would I go about doing such?
