@Joseph A Gonzales

Ok thank you very much on that information. This is my first time getting into real estate. So wasn’t sure.

I bought a house in November my loan amount is 276k and the house just appraised for 290k. I have a 13k second mortgage. I’m not sure if you have to wait a set amount of time or if you need to have a certain percentage of equity to do a refi. My thoughts were to refi so I can pay off the second mortgage then rent out the property because in my mortgage contract it says I’m not allowed to rent out or I have to pay that mortgage back in full

I planned to move to North Carolina with my family so I bought a $280k$ house everything fell through so now I have this house and not sure what to do. I was going to rent but I got 13k for down payment assistant and it says if I rent or sell I owe that back. The house appraisal is $290k and I own $276k. I was thinking about rent to own. If anyone could point me in the right direction or give me any ideas. I would appreciate it.

Hello I just moved to North Carolina and really want to get into real estate. I am looking for a potential partner with capital or a mentor that can kinda show me the way. I am always shopping for deals but I don’t have much money to bring into deals

@Bronson Massas

It’s been over whelming with the move and being in a new city. I have looked a little just not sure what’s good deal or not. Maybe I can find a mentor or something to help me along the way for first few

@Holland Patton

What is your email or where do I find it

@Holland Patton

That’s great to know. Cause that’s the area I have been focusing on and want to move my family too. I have been just searching realtor and Zillow. It’s kind of overwhelming little because I just not sure where to start

@Bronson Massas

I’m looking at the Winston Salem area but I’ll go anywhere in the state if it gives me a better opportunity to be successful on the start up

@Cody Thomas

It’s complicated for where I live. My work places me in a hotel so currently in rock hill sc. but i want to move my family to the Winston Salem area. I drive there every weekend to look at houses
