Does anyone have a bank/lender referral for the metro Tulsa, OK area?  I'm under contract for a single family residence investment property and am looking for conventional financing. I have 25% down and excellent credit, just need a trusted referral.

-Thanks!

David

Thanks for all of the responses. I'm interested in SoCal becuase that is my local market, but I'm having a tough time finding B or C properties that cash flow without a large down payment. That has forced me to look out of state, and based on my research Dallas has strong economic fundamentals while still having good cap rates. But because I'm a first time investor, I'm a bit hesitant about investing out of state.
