I am looking for lender for a ground up single family spec home. I haven’t had any luck with traditional banks or brokers. Any ideas where to acquire funding for a project like this?

Real estate attorney question…

scenario of a family member:
Mortgage is 5 months behind due to being incarcerated or in mental health facility. Next of Kin filed for guardianship and lender erroneously noted the mortgagee as dead. Lender Still correcting paperwork in order to share information with next of kin.

The bank posted a sign on the front door of the residence stating the bank is taking back the property, what recourse does someone have at this point? If guardianship occurs can the still sell it or request they put the payments on the back end of the loan, etc.?

Hi there! looking to potentially start a storage facility from the ground up. I am posting here to hopefully gain some knowledge and understanding of RV/Trailer storage facilities as a business.  What barriers to entry and other obstacles I would generally come accross in this business and specifically in the North Texas (DFW) market?  Any insight would be appreciated.
