Hello, my name is Hano I am 25 years old and I am new to this app and to real estate. I am preparing to take my exam soon for my Real Estate License here in Southern California, but I am also in search for my first home to purchase for my wife and daughter. I want to make this home my first true investment home that we can live in for at least 2-5 years and potentially purchase another home and rent one of them out, but does anyone have any suggestions, tips, advice?
