I wasn't sure about HELOC but seems like a lot of investors use it, that should be all the financing I need.

Thanks!

Trying to figure out best way to finance my first rehab without having to do the costly HML, I am just needing the financing for the building itself as I have enough cash to do 20-25% down and to pay contractor for the repairs. Great credit high 700s. What would be some other financing strategies for my situation?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
