Brendan, thank you for replying. There are no sales comparisons for the sale of vacation homes in the aria. This seems to be a sticking point. The commercial appraisers think we are lying about the income. We are paying the quarterly taxes and declaring the correct income. They say the only comparables are condos, which rent for much less.

You mentioned 4 or less. We are looking to build 2 more. How does that affect our interest rate????

Thank you
David

Is there a formula or something to calculate the value of a commercial rental property. I am thinking of refinancing my vacation rentals into one commercial loan. I am just trying to get an idea of their value against what i owe. I wonder if it is worth the headache at this point. Does anybody have some guidance
thanks
David

Hang in there!
Take comfort in knowing you have some control of your future. Most Americans just go to an office or factory every day and hope they have a job tomorrow. No matter how hard they work they will never get ahead until they take it upon themselves to reach out and grab a hold of their future. Your chances of retiring comfortably are better with investing than barring your head in the sand and letting someone else provide your source of income.
