I working on purchasing a place Rhode Island at the shore and would like to connect with anyone who has experience with Airbnb in Rhode Island. I am hoping to find a month renter over the off season and start my STR business next May. I would appreciate any insight, suggestions, tips & tricks, and/or things to avoid.

@Filipe Pereira appreciate the recommendation.  As I stated in my last post I am moving on to look at other opportunities
but will definitely reach out to Sean as there has been other short sales opportunities I have encounter and would be good to have someone with the skills to deal with these types of properties.  Thank you!

@Wayne Brooks thank you for the information on looking into junior leans. Definitely lots of due diligence on this one to be done.  Also confirmed tenants which are in place are not currently paying rents at this time. I plan to keep it on my watch list but to much downsize at this time.  Exploring other opportunities at this point.

Hello! I looking to put an offer on a 3 family in Connecticut. The property is listed as a short sale. I was hoping for any advice on dealing with these type of properties when making an offer.  I have heard the bank will take their time responding to offers.  Has anyone been able to get the bank to finance?  Any insight would be much appreciated.
