I'm new to CRE brokerage and I am starting to build my network through cold calling. I'm wondering what questions to ask and what topics to cover/understand of both Tenants/business owners and property owners? I am planning on making a standard template that I can use and want to include all the possible topics I should try to figure out during a call.
