I am truly shocked! It is amazing for someone your age to accomplish something so great. I myself really aren't too much older than you. And people would still call us babies. But you have accomplished something so many people, including myself, are trying to figure out how to do. And I hope to one day soon do what you've done. Please be so kind to explain your methods on how you were able to obtain this beautiful property. Everything from finding the property, doing your due diligence, analyzing the numbers, how it was funded and what type of funding, to the closing process.
