I agree with the ideas of painting the door (either replace with glass storm door and paint front door or paint screen door).  A nice red door is an eye catcher.   If you go with a softer color, like the Robins egg someone suggested, maybe paint the awning to match, would lighten and brighten the front.

Hello all. I have been having a great time reading everything on BP. My goal is to get started in REI next year (preferably the sooner the better :) I am spending this time trying to read and absorb everything I can, and get a better understanding of the inner workings of wholesales and flipping. I plan to start with wholesaling to help get a monetary base, then move up to flipping. The eventual goal is buy and hold rentals for passive income.

Although I will not be quitting my full time job (yet) I am eager to learn and willing to assist in anyway from anyone willing to lend their knowledge.
