@Tyler Jahnke  Thank you so much for the continual progress report. This a great to see. It's a good study. The rehab work does look good from the pictures. What was the original estimate time frame for the rehab work again? How much longer do you think before it'll be rented? Meaning, when do you think you'll get your first rent check?

@Michael Germinario ...just saw this thread. I'm looking to something very similar to what you're doing or have done in about 3-4months. Any learnings or suggestions? I want to transfer an existing property under my name (with mortgage) over to my LLC. Anything to look out for? Thanks.

@Ian M. Glad your experience has been positive so far. How did you email Clayton? Is it the regular email address that the newsletter comes through in?

How is the rest of your process going? I'm in the middle of waiting for Nicole and this other new person from the title company now for some additional documentation. I want to get a draft of the title to get a better idea on the size of the property and other factors. It's been over a week. I haven't heard back from them yet.
