The growth between my first deal to my most recent investment property is actually me growing to a better version of myself.
So I keep working to be the best version. Physically, Mentally and my business and real estate skills.

Hey Krisztian 
I am from Israel and I have been investing in the US for 10 years.
Until 2018 I invested in Single family and then I shifted to Multifamily.
All my investing I did from Israel by hiring the right team.
You need to decide first what approach are you going with:
1. Do it yourself. Where you build the team, find the properties and manage the process by yourself
2. Invest passive in someone else deal.

When I invested in single family homes I learned by myself from reading, trying and learning from my mistakes.
It took me a long time to perfect the process.
When I decided to syndicate Multifamily I learned and coached by Think Multifamily. Now I am at 655 units.

So my suggestion again decide first the approach you will be using.

@Fernando Navarro, like you I thought  I should start slow and step by step until I will buy 100+ units complexes. So I started with investing in houses and did that for 8 years, Buy and Hold, Fix and Flip and Wholesaling. At the end of  2017 I decided it's time to shift and I was looking at between 10-30 units.
I came across a few guys who told me that it is easier to manage a 100+ units than 23. I started researching and going to events to find a way to do it. One of the best event I was in was the Fire Summit by Mark and Tamiel Kenney. It is an event with a lot of content and without all the hard selling. Also Mark and Tamiel are honest guys that want to help people. I am going again to their event at the end of March.
