Hi all. This may be the dumbest question on the forum, I don't know. I am a newbie to REI and am about to purchase Freedomsoft. For the people who use it...how do you like it? Do you get results right away? Is the software EASY to use? Once I have the software license, can I use it on different computers? Any insight before I make the purchase would be completely awesome! Btw, I am looking to do Wholesaling, or even Bird Dog to start out.

Thank you ALL. I greatly appreciate all of your input and advice. It is a bit scary when your just starting out as I have no real estate experience. But I am very serious and will work aggressively towards my goals until achieved. At this point, I am still in research mode. Attending the REIA here in Ventura County is my next step. Hi All. My name is Melissa and I am also new to real estate. I have been a member of this oh so useful site for about 2 weeks now. I have 4 kids, one who is graduated and about to enlist in the Air Force. My husband and I live from paycheck to paycheck and have both decided to find a better way of life. We both see that Real Estate will be the fastest way to freedom. My goal is Wholesaling to gain capitol.

I too am looking for a mentor in my area who can take me by the hand and teach me the skills necessary to be successful. I look forward to meeting and/or speaking to anyone willing to help. I have read a few books and am filling my brain with lots of info from this and other REI sites.
