Hello Everyone,

I am a Realtor in Orlando, Florida. Originally from New Hampshire and have also lived in Melbourne Beach. I work in Real Estate full time with both buyers and sellers. I am hoping to buy my first investment property soon and am finding lots of helpful, informative info and advice on the forums here.
