Hi Vonnie.

I'm also looking for a carpenter for my rehab. If you found anyone I would like to have his details.

Thanks

Hi Jason Bott.

I'll also like to have details on the new insurance program.

I just did the "Builders risk" and I think it's too expensive..

Thanks

Shalom Aviv.

We just started investing in Baltimore for house flipping. We have family that invest in flips and buy& hold for the last 6 years in Phili and the west coast. They do it from Israel and comes here for few weeks a year.

If you have some questions feel free.

Welcome

Thanks Justin.

We are intend to use all our capital for maximizing profits.

We will work on our credit score and we'll get residency in Maryland - before that, financing is available to us only with expensive HML .

Hi all,

We are delighted to found BP community! and have read some great blogs and materials, like J Scott books.

We are two brothers in our early 30's coming from Jerusalem, Israel !

We are about to start our REI venture in Baltimore, MD on April 2016.

We are focusing only on house flips in our first stage of business.

----

We have equity of 280K and we will begin to work with it with no financing.

We are contemplating whether to do:

  • 1 flip with our all amount; 280K (includes PP, rehab, fix costs) ARV 350K~

  • 2 flips simultaneously; around 140K for each. ARV 180K~
  • We would love to hear what you think !

    ----

We have found zip codes 21206 and 21207 as good farm areas for our 2 flips for around 180K~ ARV.

We have found Patterson park area to be interesting for our 1 flip of 350K~

    - What do you think about this areas? Would love to hear your opinion!

Any other recommendations for farm areas we should check out?

    -----

    Thanks all !
