Hey everyone, I'm a new investor looking to start a rental portfolio in the Illinois area. I'm specifically looking to get into the section 8 market and have been looking at properties in the Cahokia, Belleville and Granite City areas. Would love to connect with someone that has experience in these markets and possibly with section 8 experience that can give me some insight on the best areas for what I'm trying to accomplish.
