Hello fellow BP members,

My name is Dominique, I'm 24 years old and I currently work in the childcare field. I live in Davis, California and I'm interested in investing in Davis and Sacramento as well as other cities in California. I've been reading lots of posts here on BP, reading real estate books and listening to audiobooks/podcasts. From what I've read, buying/holding multifamily properties is definitely going to be my niche. Flipping peaks my interests as well. My goal right now is to get my feet wet into real estate via house hacking using an FHA loan.

I look forward to learning more, networking with other new and seasoned investors and overall growing as a real estate investor!
