Can I shadow someone?
I am a young mom trying to get into flipping or the BRRRR method.
My FIL has a construction company so I’m hoping once I can learn the process we can actually do this. I read and watch videos but I feel like creators only show their wins and obviously not the nitty gritty. I want to learn. I want the true step by step process as someone is doing it.
