We are a licensed wholesale realty company here in San Diego, Networth Realty. I find property in as-is, and turn the property over to you in the same condition. You in turn get to do the necessary repairs and updates and then put the property back on the market for rent or sale.

If you are familiar with the market here in San Diego, you know it is flooded with investors and fairly dry when it comes to distressed property. We have people out every day using all methods to acquire new property.

Sorry Shawn I did not see your messages. My company is Networth Realty we are located in Mission valley. Here is our website http://www.networthrealtyusa.com/. The reason why I ask for a contact number is just so that I can tell you a little bit more about my company. Also we do not send the address to our properties unless we have met with you first.  The reason for that is just so you get an understanding of my company and ourn track record.  Our properties are private inventory for our investors. So again apologies for not getting back to you. As for the picture I think its probably time I put one up.
