Thanks for the insight Jason. The project will take about 2 months. I thought I heard of people refinancing with 80% LTV but i could be wrong

My business partners and I are about to acquire a property in Newark, NJ and are currently shopping rates with lenders in order to refinance out of a hard money loan. Does anyone know of any lenders that can refinance as soon as the project is complete for 80% LTV?

My cousin @Vaner Ducatel and I are going to do a BRRRR move in Newark NJ and we are looking for investor friendly contractors in the area. Hey @Ben Sosa . Do you flip or do buy and holds in Newark? It seems like a market that is more ideal for Buy and Hold than Flipping but I wanted to get your insight on it. I was thinking of doing flips but I am hesitant since I feel that there isn't  a large buyer pool. What do you think?

Do you still consider the areas mentioned as prime locations to flip houses near the Atlanta area? I'm currently looking into it with a business partner but looking for an ARV of no more than 300K.
