I keep coming across properties that are in a trust. Once I get to that point, I get stuck. I don’t know how to find out who is in trust, so I can reach out to them. Any tips would help me.

Hey everyone, I wanted to know how do you analyze multifamily properties(3 doors that are all 2beds 1bath). I’m trying to wholesale. However, I’m trying to understand the key numbers, and which formula to use on it. What are the rule of thumbs as well...

Thank you in advance

Cherish the good, the bad, and the ugly with this business. I’m fairly new (just a week in). I love the battles that come with it. I live my life with the motto, what do I have to lose? That helps me a lot because now I just go for it and don’t overthink it. I was nervous to cold call , and my very first time the woman on the phone did not help my nerves. However, I learned from it and now I sound a lot better and I’m more prepared. In addition, them tough times get overlook when I get appointment. Lord knows, I could only imagine the feeling after I close my first deal. In essence just do it y’all, it will hurt you way more to not attempt than to attempt and learn from it.I know this journey is not easy, but I’m excited for the journey.

I'm fairly new myself, but going to local REIA meeting helped me out a lot. I meet all the big players in my local industry, and I'm building relationships with them now. For example, I'm securing funding from hard money lender by going to that meeting.
