I'm curious if anyone have any advice on doing wholesale deals of vacant hotel properties. Would you go about doing it the same way you would a single residence property?

Has anyone ever done any RE deals dealing with franchise restaurants? I, just want to get some info on these kinds of deals ,if there is any. I want to work on obtaining a property to put a resturant on.

Why is that when I look on sites like Zillow and i pull up the homes that are for sale by owners I see soo many pre forclosure (auction) homes? Is it me because I thought for sale by owners were properties that were owned outright and not by banks. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

That's something I have been wondering about as well,especially finding land to wholesale. I see some lots in my area that I think are pretty cheap compared to some other lots/ land. I'm talking about lots going for around $50,000 in very prestigious neighborhoods where homes are ranging from $300,000 up to a million dollars here in Williamsburg,Va.

I'm looking for someone who can take me under their wing on some wholesale deals to teach me how it's done,from putting a property under contract,negotiating,making an offer on a property and closing a deal.

when looking at properties is it wrong to work with more than one RE agent?

and why are Zillows estimates are so far off? I would like a website that actually give you more accurate,estimates and accurate comps info. I used to love Zillow when looking at comps until I found out how to do comps.we need a website that gives us accurate info especially if you don't have access to the MLS instead of relying on RE agents for info.

@ John..I have a question? Is there a limit to how many loans you can have with a hard money lender? Let's say if I get a property under contract and a hard money loan to do the deal, do I have to wait until closing before I can have another loan. Because I see 3 properties in my area right now that I would like to get under contract and I'm trying to move fast on them.
