I am looking for a lender (probably portfolio) who will lend in the Charlotte area on residential investment properties (1-4 units) using my LLC as the borrower. Will personally guaranty the loan - strong financially. Fannie and Freddie won't touch it. Any ideas?

I just received the "Emerging Markets" book (hard copy) and will lend it to you when I'm done - prolly read it this weekend.
